A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che oggi, 19 aprile 2024, nella sezione “Moduli e Doc” del sito web del Registro.it, è stata pubblicata la versione 3.1 delle “Linee Guida Tecniche”: https://www.nic.it/sites/default/files/documenti/2024/Linee_Guida_Tecniche_… Le nuove Linee Guida Tecniche entreranno in vigore il 20 maggio 2024. Le modifiche, rispetto alla versione precedente, sono elencate nella sezione "Revisioni" del documento. Vi comunichiamo, inoltre, che il 20 maggio 2024 il sistema per la verifica dell’accuratezza dei dati dei Registranti entrerà in produzione. A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che lunedì 5 febbraio 2024 entrerà in produzione il sistema di autenticazione centralizzato utilizzato per l’accesso alle applicazioni del Registro dedicate ai Registrar (come da mail inviata su questa lista in data 20 novembre 2023). Vi ricordiamo che le principali modifiche apportate sono le seguenti: - al primo accesso al portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it), viene richiesto agli utenti di completare il loro profilo inserendo nome, cognome e indirizzo email; - tutti gli indirizzi e-mail inseriti sono soggetti a verifica; - gli utenti hanno la possibilità di attivare l’autenticazione a 2 fattori (One Time Password o WebAuthn). La documentazione sul sistema di autenticazione centralizzato e sul suo utilizzo è disponibile sul portale RAIN: https://rain-ng.nic.it/ sezione “Documenti/Centralized Authentication”. I Registrar che volessero seguire l'evento via streaming devono inviare una mail a meeting at registro.it, entro mercoledì 22 novembre alle 18. A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che, sulla piattaforma di test del Registro .it, sono state apportate delle modifiche al sistema di autenticazione centralizzato utilizzato per l’accesso a tutte le applicazioni del Registro dedicate ai Registrar. Le principali modifiche sono le seguenti: - al primo accesso al portale RAIN (https://rain.pubtest.nic.it), agli utenti e’ richiesto di completare il loro profilo inserendo nome, cognome e indirizzo email; - tutti gli indirizzi e-mail inseriti sono soggetti a verifica; - e’ stato attivato il supporto per permettere agli utenti di attivare l’autenticazione a 2 fattori (One Time Password o WebAuthn). A tutti i Registrar, Vi informiamo che all'interno della sezione Corsi del portale RAIN (https://rain-ng.nic.it/) sono ancora aperte le iscrizioni al ciclo di incontri online-live dedicati alla privacy. Il ciclo dedicato alla privacy, in programma dal 22 al 26 maggio, è composto da due moduli tematici sul trattamento dei dati: il primo dedicato all’analisi dei soggetti coinvolti mentre il secondo riguarda i principali adempimenti. Ci saranno tre focus incentrati su: Gdpr e ricerca scientifica, il trasferimento dei dati personali nel Regolamento UR 2016/679 e il nuovo portale Registrar per la verifica dell’accuratezza dei dati del Registrante. Ogni singolo incontro ha la durata di circa un’ora e mezza. Sul portale ''Academy Registro'' (https://academy.nic.it/) del Registro .it, è possibile seguire i corsi ''Moodle'' e ''Digital Marketing'' con iscrizioni sempre aperte e nessun limite di tempo per conclusione e rilascio dell’attestato. Vi ricordiamo che la lingua di lavoro dei corsi sara' l'italiano e che, tenendo conto del numero di iscrizioni e delle richieste, il Registro potra' annullare o modificare alcune date, comunicandolo con preavviso di almeno cinque giorni lavorativi sul sito Web e direttamente via e-mail a coloro che si fossero gia' iscritti. A tutti i Registrar, Vi informiamo che all'interno della sezione Corsi del portale RAIN (https://rain-ng.nic.it/) e' stato pubblicato il calendario della formazione riservata ai Registrar che quest'anno si svolgera' online e online-live. Sul portale ''Academy Registro'' (https://academy.nic.it/) del Registro .it, creato per facilitare l'accesso alla formazione e rendere personalizzabile la fruizione delle lezioni, è possibile seguire il corso ''Moodle'' con iscrizioni sempre aperte e nessun limite di tempo per conclusione e rilascio dell’attestato. Con modalità online-live, dal 22 al 26 maggio 2023, si terra' un ciclo di incontri dedicati alla privacy composto da due moduli tematici sul trattamento dei dati: il primo dedicato all’analisi dei soggetti coinvolti mentre il secondo riguarda i principali adempimenti.
