A tutti i Registrar, si ricorda a tutti i Registrar che ancora non hanno provveduto a perfezionare il contratto Registrar 2019-2022 (contratto per adesione concluso tramite scambio per corrispondenza) - pubblicato alla url: https://www.nic.it/reg-pm/accettazione2019/contrattoRegistrar.html a farlo nel più breve tempo possibile e comunque non oltre il 23 giugno p.v.
Ricordiamo che i passi da seguire per la conclusione del contratto Registrar sono:
- Scaricare, visionare e conservare la proposta contrattuale firmata digitalmente dal Direttore del Registro .it;
- accedere al form online (https://www.nic.it/reg-pm/accettazione2019/contrattoRegistrar.html) per la compilazione guidata dell'accettazione della proposta;
- i Registrar gia’ accreditati ed operanti dovranno loggarsi con le proprie credenziali;
- compilare e verificare la correttezza dei dati nell'accettazione della proposta generata;
- scaricare il file pdf contenente l’accettazione della proposta senza alterarne il contenuto;
- sottoscriverla digitalmente, a cura del legale rappresentante dell’Organizzazione Registrar, con firme digitali figurative PADES (Registrar italiani e stranieri in possesso di firma digitale qualificata) oppure sottoscriverla con firme olografe (Registrar stranieri o italiani non dotati di firma digitale qualificata);
- l’accettazione della proposta firmata digitalmente dovrà essere inviata tramite PEC (Registrar italiani) all'indirizzo registro@pec.nic.it oppure via email normale all'indirizzo hostmaster@nic.it. (Si fa presente che sia nell’invio con PEC sia con email normale l’accettazione non può contenere firme scannerizzate). L’accettazione della proposta sottoscritta con firma olografa e timbrata a mezzo posta convenzionale all'indirizzo:

- Inviare l’accettazione della proposta entro e non oltre il 23 giugno 2019. Inoltre, vi chiediamo di compilare, come atto formale e sostanziale, previsto dall’art. 13, rubricato Obblighi del Registrar, della Proposta a contrarre, il Registro del trattamento dati accedendo al portale RAIN, alla voce di menu’ Dati Registrar, Registro trattamento dati.
Infine si rinnova l’attenzione che la mancata sottoscrizione del Contratto 2019-2022 e’ motivo di mancato proseguimento del rapporto in essere tra il Registrar e il Registro .it, secondo le disposizioni normative vigenti in materia.

To all Registrars,
please remember that the Registrars which have not yet returned the 2019–2022 Registrar Contract, must do so as soon as possible within June 23rd, 2019. The 2019-2022 Registrar Contract is set up as Standard Contract, in accordance with Article 1341 of the Civil Code, which is concluded by exchange of mail, with separate act of proposal and acceptance.
The steps to follow to finalise the Registrar Contract are:
- download, examine and store the proposed contract which is digitally signed by the Director of Registro .it; - access the online prefilled form (https://www.nic.it/reg-pm/accettazione2019/contrattoRegistrar.html) for the acceptance of the proposal; - Registrars already accredited have to access with its own credentials whilst new users have to access as a new Registrar; - fill in and verify the accuracy of data in the acceptance of the generated proposal; - download the pdf version of the acceptance of the proposal without altering its contents; - undersign the proposal with figurative PADES electronic signatures (Italian and foreign Registrars who possess a qualified electronic signature) by the legal representative of the Registrar Organization, or undersign it with holographic signatures (Italian and foreign Registrars who do not possess a qualified electronic signature); - the acceptance of the digitally signed proposal must be sent via PEC (Italian Registrars) to registro@pec.nic.it or via email to hostmaster@nic.it. Please note that the acceptance, sent via Pec as well as via email, cannot contain scanned signatures. The acceptance of the proposal with holographic signature and stamp must be sent by post to the address:

- The acceptance of the proposal to contract must be sent within June 23rd, 2019. Lastly, as a formal and substantive act, as foreseen in Article 13 Obligations of the Registrar of the Proposal to Contract, we ask you to fill in the Data Processing Register, by accessing the RAIN portal at the following menu item: Registrar Data, Data Processing Registry.
Attention is drawn to the fact that the failure to sign the Addendum is a reason for not continuing the relationship existing between Registrar and Registro .it in accordance with the current regulations in force.
