A tutti i Registrar,

in riferimento alle comunicazioni inviate alla lista registrars@nic.it il 10 novembre 2020 (Ticket#2020111050002631 e con oggetto "Elezione dei 2 rappresentanti dei Registrar nel CIR") e il 25 novembre 2020 (Ticket#2020112550005172 e con oggetto "Fase di Candidatura per l'elezione dei 2 rappresentanti dei Registrar nel CIR"), vi ricordiamo che la fase di candidatura resterà aperta fino alle ore 23:59:59 di oggi, 30 novembre.

Domani, 1 dicembre (ore 00:00:00), inizierà la fase di endorsement che resterà aperta fino al 10 dicembre 2020 (ore 23:59:59).

Vi ricordiamo inoltre, che sul sito web del Registro, alla URL:

https://www.nic.it/it/il-mondo-del-it/chi-siamo (sezione dedicata al Comitato di Indirizzo) e sul portale RAIN, nella sezione Documenti/Comitato di Indirizzo, è stato pubblicato il nuovo Regolamento per le elezioni dei rappresentanti dei Registrar nel CIR, che non prevede più la figura dell’elettore e prevede che ciascun Registrar possa utilizzare la propria utenza Registrar (Tag Registrar e relative credenziali) per creare l’utente candidato, partecipare alla fase di endorsement ed esprimere il voto.

Nella suddetta sezione del portale RAIN-NG sono disponibili anche le slide contenenti informazioni riassuntive relative al sistema di votazione per l'elezione dei 2 rappresentanti dei Registrar nel CIR. Invitiamo tutti i Registrar a prenderne visione.

With reference to the communications sent to the registrars@nic.it list on November 10, 2020 (Ticket#2020111050002631 with subject "Election of the 2 Registrar representatives in the CIR") and on November 25, 2020 (Ticket#2020112550005172 with subject "Application phase for the election of the 2 Registrar representatives in the CIR"), we remind you that the application phase will remain open until 11:59 pm of today, November 30.

Tomorrow, December 1 (00:00:00), the endorsement phase will begin and will remain open until December 10, 2020 (23:59:59).

We would also like to remind you that on the website of the Registry, at the URL:

https://www.nic.it/en/the-world-of-it/about-us(section dedicated to the Steering Committee)

and on the RAIN portal, in the Documents/Directory Committee section, the new Rules for the election of Registrar representatives in the CIR have been published, which no longer include the figure of the voter and provide that each Registrar may use its own Registrar user (Registrar Tag and related credentials) to create the candidate user, participate in the endorsement phase and cast the vote.

In the aforementioned section of the RAIN-NG portal, slides containing summary information on the voting system for the election of the 2 Registrar representatives in the CIR are also available. We invite all Registrars to view them.
