A tutti i Registrar, con la presente si comunica che "nella sezione Documenti" del "portale RAIN-NG"(https://rain-ng.nic.it) è pubblicata la bozza di contratto Registro-IIT-CNR/Registrar relativa al triennio 1 maggio 2016 - 30 aprile 2019. Sono benvenuti osservazioni e contributi che dovranno essere trasmessi all'indirizzo contratto(a)nic.it nel termine di trenta giorni dalla data della pubblicazione. Nella comunicazione al Registro si pregano gli interessati di specificare i dati identificativi ed il TAG Registrar di riferimento. Tali dati sono trattati dal Registro nell'ambito delle attività correlate alla gestione del contratto e non necessitano di specifico consenso al trattamento; tuttavia, ove l'interessato non intenda rendere pubblici i propri dati in relazione al contenuto del messaggio dovrà specificarlo nella comunicazione inviata al Registro. In tal caso il messaggio sarà pubblicato in forma anonima. Al termine dei trenta giorni i contributi e le osservazioni pervenute, con l'indicazione dei dati identificativi e del TAG Registrar di riferimento, ovvero in maniera anonima per coloro che hanno esercitato questa facoltà, saranno pubblicati sul portale RAIN, con le relative risposte del Registro. Ai fini contrattuali i contributi e le osservazioni saranno saranno oggetto di ponderazione laddove ritenuti opportuni e conformemente alle norme di legge di vigore. La bozza di contratto sarà altresì portata all'attenzione del Comitato Consultivo di Indirizzo del Registro per un parere consultivo. L' Allegato A “Utilizzo del Logo del Registro .it e delle denominazioni “Registrar accreditato del Registro .it” e “Registrar .it e l'Allegato B “Norme di Buona Condotta” non sono stati modificati e saranno disponibili sul sito web del Registro. Lo Staff del Registro ------------------------------------------------------------- To all Registrar, We inform you that in the section “Documents” of the RAIN-NG portal (https://rain-ng.nic.it) is available the draft of the Registry.it-IIT-CNR/Registrar Contract for the period from May, 1st 2016 until April, 30th 2019. Comments and contributions can be sent at contratto(a)nic.it within thirty days from the publication of the contract. In this communication you are kindly requested to specify your company data and your Registrar TAG. Such data are managed by the Registry.it as part of the activities related to the management of the contract and do not require specific consent for the treatment. However, if you do not wish to publish your own data in relation to the content of the message, please specify it in the notice sent to theRegistry.it. In this case, your comments will be published/posted anonymously. After thirty days all the comments and contributions received, with the company data and the related Registrar TAG, or anonymously for those who requested it, will be published into the RAIN Portal, with the related answers of the Registry.it. For contractual aims, comments and contributions will be object of pondering where deemed appropriate and in accordance with the law in force. The draft of the contract will also be brought to the attention of the Advisory Board of the Registry.it for an advisory opinion. "Annex A “Use of the Logo of the Registry .it and of the denominations “Registrar accredited by the Registry .it” and “Registrar .it” and Annex B “Rules of Good Conduct” will be available on the website of the Registry.it.
