A tutti i Registrar, il Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche, al fine di fornire supporto e sostegno al sistema Paese in questa grave situazione emergenziale che sta caratterizzando il panorama italiano e internazionale a causa del Covid-19, ha deliberato la proroga della riduzione da 4 a 3 euro delle tariffe specificate all’art. 20, comma 2, punto I) del Contratto IIT-Registro.it - Registrar 2019 – 2022, per il periodo 1 gennaio 2021 – 30 giugno 2021. Il punto I) comma 2, dell’art. 20, Tariffe per l’attività di mantenimento dei nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it e nel SLD edu, per il periodo 1 gennaio 2021 – 30 giugno 2021 è così modificata: “omissis….a) 3,00 (tre/00) euro oltre IVA di legge per ogni nome a dominio registrato e non rimborsabile; omissis….”. Lo staff del Registro .it ======== To all Registrars, in order to provide help and support to the Country system in this serious emergency situation that is characterizing the Italian and international scene due to Covid-19, the National Research Council has decided to extend the reduction from 4 to 3 euros of the rates specified in Article 20, paragraph 2, point I) of the Contract IIT-Registro.it - Registrar 2019 - 2022, for the period 1 January 2021 - 30 June 2021. Point I) paragraph 2 of art. 20, Rates for the maintenance of domain names in the ccTLD .it and in the SLD edu for the period 1 January 2021 - 30 June 2021 is amended as follows: “omissis… a) 3.00 (three/ 00) euros plus statutory VAT for each domain name registered and non-refundable; omissis ... “. A tutti i Registrar, A partire dal 1 gennaio 2021, il Regno Unito uscirà definitivamente dall’Unione Europea, esaurito il periodo di transizione iniziato lo scorso 31 gennaio, divenendo a tutti gli effetti uno Stato terzo. Considerato che il tema della BREXIT è in continua evoluzione e che, ad oggi, non è ancora chiaro lo scenario definitivo, il Registro .it si riserva comunque la possibilità di analizzare l’accordo UE/Regno Unito al fine di definire una politica di registrazione dei nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it. In attesa dell’accordo definitivo, si ricorda che il Regno Unito potrà ancora registrare i nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it. alla stregua dei soggetti che sono cittadini, residenti o domiciliati nei Paesi dello Spazio Economico Europeo (SEE), nello Stato del Vaticano, nella Repubblica di San Marino e nella Confederazione Svizzera. Given that the issue of BREXIT is constantly evolving and that, to date, the final scenario is not yet clear, the Registro .it reserves the right to analyze the EU / UK agreement in order to define a policy for the registration of domain names in the ccTLD .it. Pending this process, please note that United Kingdom will still be able to register the domain names in the ccTLD .it. in the same way as subjects who are citizens, resident or domiciled in the European Economic Area Countries (SEE), in the Vatican State, in the Republic of San Marino and in the Swiss Confederation. A tutti i Registrar, in riferimento alla comunicazione inviata alla lista registrars(a)nic.it il 10 novembre 2020 (Ticket#2020111050002631 e con oggetto "Elezione dei 2 rappresentanti dei Registrar nel CIR"), vi ricordiamo che da lunedì 14 dicembre (ore 09:00:00) a mercoledì 16 dicembre (ore 19:00:00) sarà aperta la fase di votazione per l'elezione dei due rappresentanti dei Registrar nel Comitato di Indirizzo del Registro. Vi ricordiamo inoltre, che sul sito web del Registro, alla URL: https://www.nic.it/it/il-mondo-del-it/chi-siamo (sezione dedicata al Comitato di Indirizzo) e sul portale RAIN, nella sezione Documenti/Comitato di Indirizzo, è stato pubblicato il nuovo Regolamento per le elezioni dei rappresentanti dei Registrar nel CIR, che non prevede più la figura dell’elettore e prevede che ciascun Registrar possa utilizzare la propria utenza Registrar (Tag Registrar e relative credenziali) per creare l’utente candidato, partecipare alla fase di endorsement ed esprimere il voto. Nella suddetta sezione del portale RAIN-NG sono disponibili anche le slide contenenti informazioni riassuntive relative al sistema di votazione per l'elezione dei 2 rappresentanti dei Registrar nel CIR. Cordiali saluti, Lo staff del Registro .it ========================================================================== To all Registrars, with reference to the communication sent to the registrars(a)nic.it list on 10 November 2020 (Ticket#2020111050002631 and with subject "Election of the two Registrar representatives on the CIR"), we remind you that from Monday 14 December (09:00:00) to Wednesday 16 December (19:00:00) the voting phase for the election of the two Registrar representatives on the Steering Committee of the Registry will be open. We also remind you that on the website of the Registry, at the URL: https://www.nic.it/en/the-world-of-it/about-us(section dedicated to the Steering Committee) and on the RAIN portal, in the section Documents/Steering Committee, the new Rules for the election of representatives of Registrars to the CIR have been published, which no longer include the figure of the voter and provide that each Registrar may use its own Registrar account (Registrar Tag and credentials) to create the candidate user, participate in the endorsement phase and cast its vote. In the above-mentioned section of the RAIN-NG portal, slides containing summary information on the voting system for the election of the two Registrar representatives on the CIR are also available.
