vi informiamo che oggi, 24 maggio 2013, sono state pubblicate sul sito Web del Registro (http://www.nic.it) e sul portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it) le nuove Linee Guida Tecniche v. 2.0 e le nuove Linee Guida per la Risoluzione delle Dispute (Linee Guida Legali) v. 3.0.
Le principali modifiche apportate alle Linee Guida Tecniche sono le seguenti:
1. Eliminazione di qualsiasi riferimento al sistema di registrazione asincrono (comprese le operazioni ibride);
2. Modifica al “modulo di registrazione” (paragrafi 3.1.6 e 3.1.6.1) per l’acquisizione, da parte del Registrar, delle dichiarazioni e assunzioni di responsabilità del Registrante;
3. Modifica della procedura di verifica del “documento scritto di registrazione” e della documentazione da presentare al Registro (paragrafi 3.8.1 e 3.8.1.1);
4. Modifica al modello di “documento scritto di registrazione” da inviare al Registro, se richiesto (paragrafo 3.8.1.1.1);
5. Modifica alla verifica dei requisiti soggettivi (paragrafi 3.8.2 e successivi);
6. Introduzione dell’estensione infContacts alla Domain Info Request e dell’estensione infContactsData alla Domain Info Response;
7. Introduzione del Drop Time.
Le principali modifiche apportate alle Linee Guida Legali sono le seguenti:
1. Eliminazione di qualsiasi riferimento al sistema di registrazione asincrono;
2. Inserimento della procedura di cancellazione di un nome a dominio sottoposto ad opposizione (paragrafo 1.8.1 e successivi);
3. Modifica ai paragrafi 3.1 e 3.2 relativi alla trasmissione al Registro del documento di registrazione e mantenimento di un nome a dominio oggetto di opposizione o su specifica istanza del Registro stesso;
4. Modifiche ai modelli presenti nella sezione “Allegati”.
Sia le Linee Guida Tecniche che quelle Legali entreranno in funzione il 24 giugno 2013.

To all Registrars,
this is to inform you that Today, May 24 2013, the new Technical Guidelines v. 2.0 and the new Dispute Resolution Guidelines (Legal Guidelines) v. 3.0 have been published on the Web site of the Registry (http://www.nic.it) and on the RAIN portal (https://rain.nic.it).
The main modifications set out in the Technical Guidelines, are as follows:
1. Elimination of all references to the asynchronous registration system (hybrid transactions included);
2. Modification of the “registration form” (section 3.1.6 and 3.1.6.1) for the acquisition by the Registrar, of the declaration and assumption of responsibility by the Registrant;
3. Modification of the verification procedure concerning the “written document of registration” and of the documentation that has to be sent to the Registry (section 3.8.1 and 3.8.1.1);
4. Modification of the “written document of registration” that has to be sent to the Registry, if requested (section 3.8.1.1.1);
5. Modification of the verification of subjective requirements (section 3.8.2 and subsequent);
6. Addition of the infContacts extension to the Domain Info Request and of the infContactsData extension to the Domain Info Response;
7. Introduction of Drop Time.
The main modifications set out in the Legal Guidelines are as follows:
1. Elimination of all references to the asynchronous registration system;
2. Addition of the cancellation procedure of a domain name subject to opposition (section 1.8.1 and subsequent);
3. Modification of the sections 3.1 and 3.2 concerning the transmission to the Registry of the registration and maintenance document for a domain name object of opposition or upon a specific request of the Registry;
4. Modification of the forms listed in the “Attachments” section.
Both the Technical Guidelines and the Legal Guidelines will become operative on June 24, 2013.
